  2. Can't Use Ranged Weapons

    Please make sure you have no custom patches from other servers and your client was not modified in some way to play said server. The patches must be placed inside the 'Data' folder and not altered, then delete your cache.

I don't agree, over the course of many years of playing private servers most of the servers I have come across have costed a lot more than that, Oblivion was one of the cheapest I've come across. I'll agree not THE cheapest, but still pretty cheap considering, donations for private servers have usually always been steep, but then again running one isn't cheap either. Onto the other matter of "free" does that mean something else in your language? you're able to get DP for free, I've never been on any server that has done that before, you're not entitled to free stuff,so please do not act like you're.

  6. If you're lazy like me and would like a macro to just buy a stack for you, simplypaste this into a new macro. To use the macro simply go to the 'Elixir' vendor and use the macro.     Unfortunately there is no way to track in-game items.However, I'm working on ways to make T5 easier to obtain. As far as this goes, That was abuse of powers.

  9. (ALL TALENT REMOVALS WERE TESTED) Cake beat me to this I know, however I have been wanting to place a topic about this for a good couple of months now. This postis full of my personal opinions from playing the server from the start and is well thought out, howeverconstructive criticism is necessary to help improve some of my suggestions and I'll even add good ones people suggest in the post, however do not post claiming stuff, this is a serious thread. Warlock - So currently Warlock damage is exactly where it needs to be, however the survivability is beyond a joke. Increased pet health or percentage gained from stamina. Voidwalker "Sacrifice" needs to absorb more damage, it currently only absorbs 10m, it needs to absorb around 25-30m, as this is their only proper defensive cooldown. "Demon Armor" should be increased from 20% to 24% (I know this was nerfed once before, reduced to 20% from 26%, so I feel this would be a good balance). "Fel Healthstone" from "Create Healthstone" needs to be increased, currently I heal between 10m and 14m on a full ++ Warlock with 131m HP, as a 2 minute cooldown I'd like to see this increased to around 25-30m, or 15-20m with a reduced cooldown. Increased armor, currently unbuffed I reside at 82,374 armor, leaving melee hitting me for bucket loads, I'd like this to be increased to roughly 90k - 95k so buffed I just reach over 100k, as melee such as warrior, paladin and deathknights full ++ can reach 10m basic attacks if not higher with cooldowns. Druid -Druid is a very iffy subject right now and you do have to address the spec's differently, but Cat form is currently fine, itdoesn't need more damage just their sustain is terrible, since the nerf of haste on intellect gear druids now useagility gear again for cat form, which means the heals are literally nothing. In-general "Healing Touch" buff, currently heals 6m (Feral geared with 4x Celestial bags & 2x ++ Celestial trinkets) and heals 10m full Resto geared, I'd like this to balance around 8m for feral and 12m for Resto. "Rejuvenation" buff,currently heals 1m ticks on Feral and 1.8m ticks on Resto, I'd like this to balance around 2m on Feral and 4m on Resto. Feral / Bear Bear: "Savage Defense"either needs to be reduced from 25% to 10% or it needs a cooldown added if possible. Bear: "Mangle (Bear)" Reduced from '151 - 152%' to '115 - 120%' percentdamage. Resto "Wild Growth" currently heals 500k per tick, I'd like this increased to 1.5m per tick. "Lifebloom" 3 stacks currently heals 1.2m per tick, I'd like this increased to 2m per tick, the detonation heals 9.2m which I'm personally happy with. "Regrowth" the initial heal hits for 3.3m and then 800k ticks, I'd like the initial heal to be 4.5m and the ticks to be 1.5m. (All tests for resto were done outside of "Tree of Life" form, this is to give more accurate readings for an increase, however the increases given here were taken into account with the increase given from the "Tree of Life" buff). Paladin - Okay, so we all know there is a lot of hate for paladins right now, but I'm going to try be as fair as possible to them, whilst still reducing their effectiveness. Talent "Pure of Heart" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. |Talent "Sacred Cleansing" reduced from 3/3 to 1/1. Talent "Ardent Defender" reduced from 3/3 to 2/2.|Talent "Eye for an Eye" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. Talent "Touched by the Light" reduced from 3/3 to 2/2. Priest - We all just know they're too strong right now, so I'll be doing the same as I did with paladins. Talent "Spell Warding" reduced from 5/5 to 3/3.|Talent "Martyrdom" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. Talent "Reflective Shield" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. |Talent "Focused Power" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. Talent "Focused Will" reduced from 3/3 to 1/1. |Talent "Enlightenment" reduced from 3/3 to 1/1. Talent "Renewed Hope" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. |Talent "Grace" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. Talent "Divine Aegis" reduced from 3/3 to 1/1. |Talent "Borrowed Time" reduced from 5/5 to 2/2. Talent "Spell Warding" reduced from 5/5 to 3/3. |Talent "Blessed Recovery" reduced from 3/3 to 1/1. Talent "Spiritual Guidance" reduced from 5/5 to 1/1. |Talent "Spiritual Healing" reduced from 5/5 to 1/1. Talent "Improved Devouring Plague" reduced from 3/3 to 2/2. |Talent "Twisted Faith" reduced from 5/5 to 2/2. Hunter - You guys will have to help me out with hunters, I've never played one on Oblivion. "Mend Pet" buff, currently heals around 650k per tick, I'd like this increased to 5m per tick. Mage - Mages are in a fairly good place right now believe it or not, but I'd of liked to nerf their CC/Slow chain a little bit because tri-spec mages are really strong, but honestly therewasn't many talents I could do this without affecting them badly. Talent "Chilled to the Bone" reduced from 5/5 to 1/1.| Talent "Shattered Barrier" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. Talent "Permafrost" reduced from 3/3 to 2/2. Deathknight - Not much to say really, they just need a few things here and there. "Rune Tap" increased from 10% to 12%. |'Expertise' replacing 'Armor Penetration' on gear. "Howling Blast" damage increase, hits around 7m should be increased to 9m. Shaman - N/A Warrior - Just some simple changes, nothing major needs to be done. Talent "Deep Wounds" reduced from 3/3 to 2/2. | Talent "Trauma" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. Talent "Blood Frenzy" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. | Talent "Wrecking Crew" reduced from 5/5 to 3/3. Talent "Shield Mastery" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. |Talent "Damaged Shield" reduced from 2/2 to 1/1. Rogue - Are fine as is, with the reductions to other classes any worries you have should be gone. I completely forgot about the rest of our conversation where I proceeded to say how there was already a big enough gap between donors and new players, even higher now because donors can upgrade to ++, so the middle gems should be removed. So it would be like this, T3 - Starter, T4 - BG's and T5 - Arena | Then we'd also add more efficient, easy and fairer ways to get T5, so the gap isn't a big and isn't a hard to close. And well as to the people who complain about being put in BG's/Arena's with donors when you're low geared, I'm sorry, this is a 255 custom server and that is a thing, unless it is possible for some developer to make a script to separate them, which I doubt is possible or at least I've never seen it happen before so I'm sceptical, it is unfortunately part of our server and people will have to put up with it. P.s. As for the idea of Arena gear, if it were possible to lock the stats of the gear to only appear in PvP areas like the gems, then I don't see that much of an impact on the PvE progression.

As I said to you when we talked before, I am all for the idea of creating more incentive for Arena, however creating custom arena gear at this point in and balancing it without affecting other forms of gear is just too high of a risk. That said we'll definitely be looking into better arena rewards, onto Halaa, in my personal opinion Halaa never worked, never will, it created friends grouping together and camping people and that was only for those that could not only reach there, but could even be bothered to go there in the first place, but turning Gurubashi into the next Halaa will still form the same problem, different groups of people all grouping together farming lowbies and that just isn't fair, putting a token system in Gurubashi just isn't a good idea, however I do like the idea of making the tokens from BG's more useful.
