As you all know the server recently had a large hiccup. Basically, Our backups of our backups got corrupted due to errors within our virtual server. Currently, our most recent backup is from December of 2015.
Now, this may sound quite scary. Questions Like "How am I going to get my gear back?" may come up. We as a staff team will be working around the clock to attempt to roll back as many of the items as we can. John, Onyx, and I will be awarding items back to players from the Order Logs. However, We will need your help. Due to the overall size of the order logs, we ask that you post your Character name as well as a link to your account from the armory to expedite this process. We will be adding items back in the list it is received on this forum post.
We also ask that you do not bombard our inboxes with questions. I am confident that we can get through this uncomfortable time as a community and we will be able to rebuild and become stronger than ever. Please feel free to post any of your questions below.
